Oftentimes people hear that word comparable and they get defensive. Well, on the sell side, you’ll hear that house is not comparable to mine and people get upset. So on the buy side, I don’t even know if buyers understand the importance of looking at, comparatively speaking, what has sold and what the metrics or math say about that. So let’s talk about the word comparable.
