Buyers, I want you to understand that there’s going to be a lot more choices but you need to be patient as well. Sometimes you don’t see exactly what you want out there for inventory.
But trust me, after doing this for 20 years plus, I always thought the same thing when I went looking for myself only to find out that days even hours later the exact right house came on and it wasn’t necessarily something that I was leaning in on or staring at.
