One of the most difficult things that we do in life is to sell our primary residence and that can really give us fits and starts and make us anxious because we really are excited about trying to get to the next spot in life where we need to get there.

Whatever it might be. That puts a lot of pressure on us and raises our anxiety level, but along the way, there is a process and the best way to go through the process after doing this for a long time I find is to stay logical.

But that begs the question, how do you do that when you’re so emotional?
