The Number of SOLD listings decreased by 15% to 919 properties with a top sale of $9.25 million at 1588 N CASEY KEY RD in OSPREY.
The Average Sales Price decreased by 7% to $512000 moving the Average Price Per Square Foot down to $255 per square foot.
The inventory of properties available for sale as measured in months supply had no change with to 2 months worth of properties for sale.
The average 30 year fixed mortgage rate had no change with to 3.04% according to Bank Rate.com.
